The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

To make an appointment, log in to the  MHS GENESIS Patient Portal (scheduling on MHS GENESIS coming soon). Use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to send a message to your provider or call the Central Appointment Desk at 707-423-3000.

For any care your primary care manager doesn't provide, such as urgent, preventive, mental health, and specialty care, you will need a referral. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.
